Final result:
Marc Davis 5-4 John McCann
A very close affair with John compiling a 32 break to take the first frame. Marc won the second with a magnificent 106 clearance. John won the next two frames to lead 3-1. Marc got his scoring back on track with a 53 break to reduce his arrears to 3-2 The next saw John come back from needing a snooker on the pink to stretch his lead to 4-2. Marc won the last 3 frames with the help of breaks of 53, 49 and 36 to complete a great comeback and lift the title.
