Handicap Complaints - general advice.
Steve I have just had a similar conversation with Raymond. To win 50% of your matches your wins need to be more than your losses and draws combined. A 50% win rate is high when you can draw matches. Your half season would look something like 9 wins, 4 draws, 4 losses..
Sorry thought we were talking frames. Yes big achievement if anyone wins more than 50% of their matches. Very tough
Proposal for next AGM:
At end of season work out each player win ratio for the whole season.
If player has won 65%* of Frames (not matches) they receive -7 on handicap.
If player has lost 65%* the receive +7 on handicap.
Cap the start for each match to 65* (this should only effect the minority of match ups)
For first season do the same half way through and again at the end of season.
Lets call it the 65 rule!!
Note numbers marked with asterix to be agreed by vote at AGM? Could reduce or increase to suit general feeling.

I know the season just started but after a 11.1 thumping last week and players trying for numerous snookers because there so far behind in the frames on the colours. can't say the reduction to 70 max made any diffrence so far this season
Maybe were playing for the wooden spoon
