At what point do the 8 seeds come in to the draw? Surely you are not giving players a bye through to the last 16

Hi Stuart,

It was agreed at the AGM we would try operating with only 8 seeds due to the reduced entry to comps. This was how seeds operated many years back with top 8 entering the draw at the last 16 stage. Seeds will earn no ranking points if they fail to win at last 16 stage which in turn provides more players the opportunity to gain ranking points. It could be argued that this is unfair for a seed who would have gained points earlier if playing at last 32 stage. On reflection I think it better to place the 8 seeds in the last 32 stage and will do so for the other comps. Good challenge. This comp will run as is tho.
