Due to the late finish and everyone needing their bed, I didnt get a chance to say thanks. I want to say thanks to Nigg Bay for hosting the final stages and putting on half time food for those who attended. The tables were playing beautiful, especially with the heaters on and it was a joy. Thanks to Derry for reffing the final and Lenny in the semis aswell.
Commiserations to Mark Oaten who I dont need to sit here and say how good he is as we all know his ability. Im sure you will be back in another final very soon and all the best at the National Championships this weekend 👊
I wanna say thanks to those who came along and all the messages recieved. I also have to thank Alan for coming and reffing most of my games and the help he has given me so I can go into my own little world.
I also have to thank the great man Derek Hearns who without his coaching and countless amount of hours, days and years I spent with him I wouldn't be competing at all. He made me feel 10ft tall even when I was struggling to make a 20 break. I still have his voice in my head on every shot I take and maybe he gave me a hand with this one.
I honestly never thought I would ever be writing a winners thankyou so im obviously still shocked and buzzing.
Thanks again
