Aberdeen Snooker Shootout
The draw for the inaugural Aberdeen Shootout was completed on Monday after the Bob Benson Handicap semi final. Marc Davis completed the draw. A random draw will be completed for next round and beyond on the day.
Players are requested to be sharp at Sportman's Club on Saturday 25th March for 1pm.
Rules sheets will be available on the day.

Hi All
Just on a side note to the shoot out comp on Saturday. I am running a men only comedy night at the Nigg bay on the 14th April with 3 top class comedians (topless waitress serving drinks) if any of the teams would like to book a table for the snooker team or a ticket for individuals come see me at the shoot out on Saturday, Tickets are £12. would be good to see a few teams there to have a laugh about the season and not just a moan about the handicaps.

Just back from the Shoot out comp and what a great day/evening it was. well done to the Aberdeen snooker committee in organising something a bit different and what turned out to be as much of a social event as a great day of snooker and a lot of fun (even for Kenny Fluke who took a lot of stick). No-one took it too serious and the venue was perfect for the numbers involved. Let's hope we can do this again next season and i'm sure the feed back from those that were there will encourage team mates to enter next year.
ps. for those of you that are still interested in booking seats for the Comedy night from my previous post let me know by next week as the tickets are selling fast.

Was a great day/evening and so well done to Kev for winning the inaugural snooker shootout. Also well done to Scott for reaching his second final of the season. Clearly knocking on the door to winning something soon.
it was a great atmosphere with plenty noise and banter and I think a successful day.
We certainly plan to make this an annual event and maybe once per half season,
Maybe Kev is more used to playing with a drink in than the rest of us….🤷♀️ however he did play well all day and was well deserved.
Thanks to everyone who entered and the Sportsman's for hosting the event….
